If your shots are tracked in the Test Tracking screen but do not track in any of the Drills, this is usually because of one of two issues.
Displays Incorrectly Setup in Windows
Multiple Screens Not in Duplicate Displays Mode
If you have multiple displays connected to your PC, like the laptop screen and the projector, these need to be set to either Duplicate Displays or to only show on the projector.
If you need to keep the multiple displays set up in Extended Display Mode the projector display must be set as the Main Display and be the left-most display in the Windows Display Settings screen.
Software Installed into a Read-Only Folder
If you installed the Smokeless Range into a different location other than the default location, like Programs Files which is a read-only folder, then the calibration data is not able to write to the folder and the therefore not being stored. This will not allow tracking outside of the Test Tracking screen.
If this is the case, you will need to uninstall the Smokeless Range and any add-ons and then re-install into the default location to ensure that the folder is writable.
