If you recently upgraded from version 2 of the smokeless range to version 3 of the smokeless range and your add-ons are not showing this is usually because you chose a different path to install version 3 than you did to install version 2. When you first install the program it asks you if you want to install for all users or for me only. These install to different locations.
The most likely solution to the issue is to uninstall version 3 via the windows app uninstall process and then reinstall version 3 choosing the other install option from the one you chose the first time you installed it. So for example if you chose for me only the first time you installed version 3 then uninstall it and this time when installing it choose for all users. This most likely will fix the issue for you.
You can also manually check which location the smokeless range two was installed into with the following steps.
1. Right click on the Smokeless Range 2 Desktop shortcut.
2. Choose Open File Location.
3. Take note of the file path.
For me only
C:\Users\(Your User Name)\AppData\Local\Programs\LaserAmmo\Smokeless
For all users
C:\Users\Public\LaserAmmo\Smokeless
